AGED PIONEER ANSWERS CALL TO GREAT BEYOND
Mrs. Julia Anne Wainscott, a life long resident of this vicinity, died on Saturday at her home about five miles south of Frankfort. She was ill but a few days of pneumonia. Mrs. Wainscott was born in 1836 at Mechanicsburg, her parents being John and Sarah Richey. She was married first to Clinton Lucas, being widowed and was again married to John Wainscott. Surviving children are Mrs. Flora McKennan of Connersville, John Lucas, of Matton, Ill., Charles Lucas of Mechanicsburg, Mrs. Carrie Graham, of Linden, Mrs. Fannie Ricker and Mrs. Della McKinsey, of Frankfort, and Oliver Wainscott, of the home place. Mrs. May Loftin of Frankfort, is a sister.
The funeral services will be held at the resident on Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be at Bunnell cemetery.
